The Goodness Grows in North Carolina program is the official
marketing program of the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and
Consumer Services. Created in 1985, the program is designed to promote
top-quality fresh produce, processed food items, fiber and nursery products
that are grown or manufactured in North Carolina. There are currently
over 1,300 participating companies producing thousands of food and nursery products.
The major emphasis of the program is to heighten awareness and availability and increase sales of North Carolina agricultural products. Members in this directory are indicated with the logo
by their company name. The Goodness Grows in North Carolina logo is a symbol of outstanding quality and is utilized by many grocery and foodservice outlets statewide.
