The
Habanero, also known as the capsicum chinense, is the hottest chile pepper
in the world. In fact, many pepper connoisseurs from all regions consider
it to be one of the finest chiles to ever develop.
The habanero pepper, consistent with other peppers, produces euphoria
soon after they are digested because they cause the body to secrete endorphins,
which chemically, are similar to opiates.
The habanero pepper, also known as the Scotch Bonnet, is used to make
great hot sauces, spicy salsas, and chili. To make the highest quality
of these meal items; look for the freshest, ripest and soil/insect free
habanero chile peppers. Watch out though, the habanero pepper is extremely
addictive and the fresher, the stronger!
